Having worked side-by-side with his father for more than 26 years, Matthew Pires learned the trade firsthand through hands-on experience, mentorship, and a shared commitment to doing things the right way. What began as M. Pires Construction, built from the ground up by Manny Pires, has evolved into M. Pires LLC, led by Matthew Pires. While this company represents a new chapter with its own vision and approach, it remains firmly rooted in the values, traditions, and passion for construction that have defined the Pires name for decades.

With the passing of Manny in May 2026, the values, craftsmanship, and work ethic he instilled remain at the heart of M. Pires LLC. The foundation he established and the knowledge he shared continue to guide Matthew today, providing the principles and standards that define his work and business. Matthew considers it both a privilege and a responsibility to carry Manny's legacy forward, honoring the traditions established by Manny while continuing to grow and strengthen M.Pires LLC for future generations.
